I only played the main route and they might have done something to counter act his “perfect” nature. I honestly don’t think I should judge too harshly though. Unfortunately, Haruki sees this, takes it way wrong, ends up losing concentration, and gets knocked on his ass so bad he loses his memories of the girl he loves. So when she is crying, it is only natural for Ichigo to hug her. He’s still very much the same, excepta lot of people. Young Ryuzo was the reliable older brother of the group. It doesn’t go far in action, but because of how the guy talks to the MC and what he does, I feel it needs some kind of disclaimer. So she goes and turns down Ichigo and that is an obviously emotional time for her. Trigger Warning: stalking and attempted rape SPOILER: There is a side character that starts stalking the MC and attempts to rape her toward the end. The MC is obviously about to tell him how she feels, but instead he tells her to wait. Instead he gives up completely until the MC is confronted by some creeper. Posted in Dreamy Days in West Tokyo, Haruki Tanemura (Say what now You sure have a way with words.) Basic Story Premise: You’ve returned to your hometown after moving away 10 years ago. He also wants to basically submit to Ichigo’s feelings for the MC and doesn’t even THINK to ask the MC what she wants. Someone like that is extremely rare, and even more unrealistic than the guys already presented. He’s smart, generous, kind, handsome, and strong. The personal torture she put herself through. The emotional turmoil she must have felt when she thought they were finally going to admit their feelings for one another, got all got screwed up because of a misunderstanding. I think the only thing that really stuck me as cool is the fact that he completely forgot everything that involved the MC for a while. I think their childhood memories are one of the best ones though. He is the “Knight in Shining Armor” type. He is very kind, thoughtful to a fault, and loves her with all his heart. I’m not going to lie, Haruki is possibly the best romance for the MC. I’m actually kind of conflicted with this route. So, to kill time for “Metro PD: Close to You” I’m going to do another “Dreamy Days in West Tokyo” review. Dreamy Days in West Tokyo: Haruki Tanemura
